Is this your online EE account you are having an issue accessing? What is happening when you try to access it?

Hi,

 

I finding it difficult to get into my account to view my bills however when i get to the point to get me payments i get a message telling me that something gone wrong?

Welcome to the community.

Are you seeing the same error through the EE app and your main online account?

Can you see any information in the billing section at all? Does the error only show when you try to make a payment or look at your payments?

Please don't share any personal details in public view; I'm afraid no images have come through either. 

Can you explain in more detail what's happening exactly? Is it trying to view bills, or making payments where the error shows?
