Why can’t I gift data?

How much data do I need to be able to gift family

Hi @barimahdarko 

You would need least 500MB left on your account to gift data or, if you're on a unlimited plan you can gift up to 100GB of data or 120GB if you're on a 5G smart handset plan. This will be the first 100/120GB and any data usage will reduce your giftable allowance.

I have 28gb yet. The app says I have insufficient amount of data to gift family. This is quite annoying as I had 20gb 2 days ago. I had to buy data at £10 for my wife because I couldn't gift her data. The 20gb was lost in the monthly roll over. That's very unfair. And now I keep getting same response.

Yes we are. Yes i have gifted her data previously
