Have you been able to try logging in to your My EE account online recently rather than the app to process a data gift?

I have 4 accounts and 3 of them currently need some data from me. So they are ‘offline’ atm and I don’t see anywhere I can get info as to when I can gift them some data ?

What happens when you try to gift the data? Have you tried both on the My EE app and on the My EE desktop site?
