It's not cleare where to find: Menu > Manage Device > Ensure Calling Abroad...
1. The "Menu" to select 2
2. "Manage Device" to select "Ensure Calling Abroad"
Even when searching for it so frustrating!
Please could you explain step by step !

You have to go onto account settings on MyEE and should find all you need there, there doesn't appear to be any 'manage device' option on the menu but I found what I wanted on account settings

You can also text ROAMING to 150 to check the account is set up for use abroad.

Such a basic thing or should be EE need to look at the menu design, I'm trying to get my PUK code still haven't worked it out yet
