When will EE be finished improving the app? Its been weeks now!

Welcome to the community,

Apps are always being updated. Mine has never stopped working, there are numerous threads here on what to do if yours is not working, but you should still be able to log in via the website.

Make sure you have the latest version by going to the App Store. I would suggest uninstalling it and reinstalling it, if that does not work, you may need to ring customer service to get your account reset.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
