Wanted to pay my daughters phone yesterday 30/06 and the App down for servicing and today I will be charged for unpaid bill, to me this is unfair, unable to goto a E E shop because work when is the App available anyone know

@Peds51   Accounts are not offline ive just logged in to mine via the app.       Can you access your online account?   Have you tried clearing your device cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app ?     If you can not access your online account you need to call customer services and request an account reset only do this if you can not access your online account.

Leaving it until the last minute to pay is a risk you run.
