Can't access Billing or Contracts

Billing just hangs forever (see below screenshot). Contracts keeps reloading and then ends up with:

Sorry! Something went wrong when authenticating your account.

Please try again later."

Done the reset browsers (Brave and Safari). Same on Mobile. Mobile app works OK.

  • Are you using a VPN? 
  • Are you connecting over WiFi or EE mobile network.
  • Are you in the UK.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
