You been improving my app for weeks. I can't get onto website pay my bill.

Then I will late payment charged 

My contract ends in November I might at other networks this is too stress ful

Thanks for coming here. 

Can you try deleting the app and reinstalling from the play/app store if you search My EE. Does this work for you? 

Can you access your My EE account online through a web browser?
