Can you put a block on the phone so no one will be able to use it please?

Thanks for coming here. 

To report the phone as stolen, you would need to call us on 07953 966 150, and select the option for lost and stolen. 

Our Mobile Care team will block the phone and SIM card for you so no one can use this.

I got an upgrade so I don't want to block the number as I'm using it on new phone. But my other phone has been stolen so how do I block that ? Please thank you kindly x

Ring Them and EE will block your Sim and if you need to will block the IMEI or your Phone or Device.

I dont quiet get why you dont understand, Ring EE and "EE will block your Sim and if you need to will block the IMEI or your Phone or Device".
