What the hell going on, daughter away needs data when is app ready

I don't need a badge or whatever,my daughter stuck on holiday, absolute joke, again when is app going live,this is not temporary it's been days.

You can log in to your account via the ee website, that's what I had to do as app not working at the moment

Can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.
