How is the website and app still so bad? I've been trying to upgrade online for days and the website is stuck in a continual loop. For the size of the company and revenue income you'd think they'd be able to organise a functioning website. Terrible service and a genuine reason to really consider leaving. I don't want to waste my time sat on hold for ages to speak to somebody, I want to log on to my online account and upgrade, its simple. Absolutely horrendous experience, surely it forms part of a complaint that they aren't providing an adequate service and failing on agreements?

I am sorry to hear you have been trying to upgrade online but have not yet been successful.
Since your post last night have you been able to process your upgrade?
If not, what loop are you stuck in?
