I get this error every time I try and look around the ee web shop. It's been like this for months - don't they want my money? Any idea what this issue is? Nobody on the phone seems to know/care.

Same error. Works fine when logged in as my wife on her account. For some reason when I view my personal details they are in a completely different format/layout/web page to on her account.

Accidentally posted that reply while logged in as my wife! I can access the app itself but when I click shop I get the same message but with a red warning triangle as well.

If this happens on another web browser, please call us again on 150 and the team will get this looked into for you. They can raise a support ticket for the EE account if needed 🙂
