I have always been able to view my phone, and two daughters also on my account, however since upgrading my phone, the other lines are not visible, the site also says the bill payer must make any changes. .? I am the bill payer, and need to be able to gift data

Welcome to the community.

If you can select the 'manage numbers' section of your My EE account, then update yourself as the 'Bill Payer' do you see the other numbers on your account?
