It is 2025 and I have the same error. Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in, but you can still buy or upgrade - just choose what you want to do.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @boudi_77,
Welcome to the Community!
I appreciate it isn't ideal when you're not able to complete your upgrade online, but if you get in touch with our team then they can look into why you're having the issues you're having, and work to get this resolved.

@franksta99 Have you spoken with customer support about this ? Have you asked them to reset your online account ? It’s an account issue that you can’t resolve yourself.

Not 'solved' in the slightest. Never has been.
I was about to start a new thread to moan about this when I realised that simply searching for "website is sh*te" would probably get me to an existing one...and *BAM!* Here it is.
I've been with EE since before the very beginning (previously Orange), and whilst the broadband and CS has largely been great, the website has always -and I do mean always- been a complete and utter dog; that's across all mobile devices, laptops, tablets I've ever used; everything.
Standard experience today:
enter login credentials, watch the exciting, spinning, buffering balls spin about for way longer than any other site, then get greeted with nothing
(page still asking me to 'log in', mind; I AM logged in...) :
refresh the page; watch the spinning balls some more; get a tantalising glimpse of the bills page which immediately disappears in the blink of an eye; watch the spinning balls some more, and then this:
...I'm just trying to view my damn3d bill... 😑

Hi @MBEE
I know it can become quickly frustrating if things aren't working as they should be.
If you're seeing the same errors through your main online account and the EE app, have you been in touch with our team directly to report this? It sounds like you may have, and if so, what was the advice given?

No no no, that's not the point though, is it?
Why should I or anyone else need a 1-2-1 to try to fix this nonsense for just the individual when it's clearly broken for the many?
As I mentioned, it's been the same way since forever and as @boudi_77 mentions above, scores of users have been reporting it. If the above's not enough, have a browse here:
https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/EE-app-and-website/Website/td-p/1419486/page/4
or here:
https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/EE-app-and-website/Can-t-access-store-can-t-use-website/m-p/1545403#M6...
Madness.
