It is 2025 and I have the same error. Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in, but you can still buy or upgrade - just choose what you want to do. 

One of the worst websites for a phone company I ever come across, for Weeks I fail to upgrade because of this error..and no I wont call them for an upgrade it is my right seeing the options here instead of getting an error...time to leave EE

To clarify, I have of course eventually seen my bills over the last 15+ years or whatever 😆

I'm sure the billing section will become available again at some point soon and I can wait.
The problems are sporadic but continuous though, and they seem to come and go across the EE domain. My suspicion unfortunately, is that it's just a poorly coded website that's been needing a rebuild from the ground up for a long time, not just updates. It certainly looks the part, but it's always been style over functionality.

Just my 2 pence worth, I'm not actually saying I could build it better. I wish! 😄

It is absolutely obvious that EE are a totally sales based organisation and have no intention of making the investment necessary to support the vast amount of technology that they sell.
