Website dreadful

Ten weeks ago I contacted BT as I wanted to drop Netflix from my package. During this call I was also transferred from BT to EE, even though I didn’t ask for this transfer. Whilst the BT website worked very well, the EE website is an absolute disaster. I have been in touch with EE on numerous occasions including the Specialist Team in Lincoln and ultimately the Consumer Relations Team, who I was told was the ultimate arbitrators for all problems.

Whilst all EE staff have been helpful the situation is still unresolved and on the 28th June I submitted yet another complaint. In this complaint I have asked for compensation or to be released from my contract at no cost to me, I am yet to hear from EE.

As said by other posters for a company the size of EE the website is an absolute disgrace.

I wouldn’t mind, in fact I’d welcome, being returned to my BT account as it was in early April, fat chance of that I suppose?!?

@keithplympton  Drop Netflix for what ? Netflix is part of the package.  And providing you are getting the service you are paying for you’ll not get compensation as the service is being provided.  Ie network speed, what’s included in your BB/TV package.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
