I am trying to add additional product to my contract but every time I click on additional new line option, it takes me to new page but as soon as I select something it takes me back to the upgrade/additional new line page. Both website and app. 13yrs I've been with EE and honestly thinking of paying of contracts early just to get out.

You may not be eligible.
Have you spoken to EE CS on 150. I would suggest you speak to them about your options.
