Website Empty basket

This has to be the most frustrating thing - I want to delete an item in my basket - edit button takes you to check my details page no bin icon - EE this seems to be a problem as there are threads on this but no resolution - someone help...

Hi @zarono 

Welcome to the community. 

When you click on the Basket it should show your basket summary,

If you click the edit button, it should take you to a "choose your add-ons" page. 

Again to the top right if you click the "edit basket" button, the bin icon will appear beside each item. 

What items do you have in your basket? 

Are you able to send a screenshot?  (please omit any personal details! )

Can you post a screenshot of the page it takes you to? It will make it easier to see what could be going on.

Its still doing this, cant empty basket, just a screen to fill in salary details

Welcome to the community.

What happens when you hit the 'edit' button? Does the 'bin' symbol appear? Does the same thing happen as the user described above?

Are you able to try doing this on a different device or browser?

Hi, it seems I am having the same problem a lot of people are - I can't empty my basket. Here's a screenshot of what happens when I click 'edit'. Obviously I don't want to confirm anything on this screen as it sounds like it's about to do a credit check. 

I'm keen to get rid of this and upgrade my phone today as I'm out of contract.

If you go to the add-on's section then select the basked, edit and delete package does this work for you?
