Seems to have faults daily. Today I have something stuck in my basket, I delete it and it takes me away from the page, I click on shop, sim only and it takes me back to my basket with the item still there. Have cleared browser history etc but has made no difference. Sometimes the shop won’t even load. Everyday there is an issue in some place or other, worst site of all the networks for reliability.

Does the basket still show the item when using a different browser?
Have you cleared all history and logged into your EE account?

Yes shows up on a different browser and using a different device. Only appears when logged in.
I cleared browser history and it made no difference, only happens when logged in.
