The EE website and app are appallingly bad for usability, layout, speed etc etc, they both constantly throw up errors, amongst many the Bad Gateway error is most prevalent on the website if you use the browser back button instead of the link to go back coded in by the website developers.
The “it’s not you it’s us” and “we’re trying our best to fix this” alerts happen on any page however especially on the plans and subscriptions pages.
You’d think a paying your bill button or link would be better displayed and more obvious.
I could go on and on however it seems this subject has plenty of coverage already.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems navigating our website.
Are you able to share any URL's of pages where you are seeing these issues?
Does clearing your cookies and cache or using a different web browser resolve the issue?

Yes I cleared my cookies, yes I cleared my history, quite patronising that!
Your response implies the fact that the website is bad is a revelation?
