Just fire the people who made it and actually make a new one that works, hire competent people and design something that isn't a UI mess

It's not like this hasn't been done 1000 times over for 20 years already

You make it easy to move away from you when this contract comes up seriously...

I too cannot access my account, I can see useage but when I got to upgrade or leave i get an ironic "whoops sorry this page wont load for XYZ reason"

SCUMBAG SCAM TACTICS 

The fact that you don't understand we know what "A system does what it is designed to do" in 2026 and that the site is designed to KEEP people because you can't actaully leave, like Uber and all these other companies like Amazon, "Areyou sure you want to go, are you really really sure, are you though?" before you can cancel

It is by deisgn
