Something unusual has started happening when I access the Web Page (add-on.ee.co.uk) for checking how much data I have left and purchasing further add-ons. I have been getting a “403 Forbidden” error page, which persisted until I clear iOS Safari cache.
I have also noticed that the shortcut buttons at the top right of the following web pages (add-on.ee.co.uk/status) and (add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase) which should switch between the 2 pages have stopped working. Although I can still access both using bookmarks.
This began about a week or so ago and whist the “403 Forbidden” seems intermittent the shortcuts “My Data” and “Buy Data” seem permanently broken.

Yes, online add-ons have been Forbidden for about a week & many are reporting it.

@j0hnh4rv3y clear browser history and cookies and try again I did this and it worked for me.

Yes, @Chris_B , it does but then Forbidden comes back not long after & you keep having to repeat it. This is only a temporary workaround. EE need to fix it properly.

@XRaySpeX I never said or hinted that it’s a permanent fix. I gave a solution to a problem to allow it to work.

Go figure!
I’ve just noticed that whereas the “My Data” and “Buy Data” buttons just hang when tapped on my iPad, if I want to switch between the 2 pages, I can press and hold either button / shortcut link, a small preview of the appropriate page appears along with a menu with several options. The “open” option still doesn’t work, but selecting “open in background” opens the appropriate page in a:separate Safari tab, which can then be selected.
