Is there a way to avoid the pin verification when on the checkout to upgrade your phone, my phone is broken so I cannot receive calls or texts, or make them.

@Tempany  You could put your sim in a different device or you’ll need to call customer services or you’ll need to go to a store.   The pin verification is making sure it’s really you doing that upgrade by you confirming it. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
