  • Been trying to get into my account for 5 days now still can't see any details. Log in details correct but it keeps saying something went wrong try again later?

Is this happening on the My EE app and My EE account online?

Both on my phone and laptop spoke to chat they said its an app issue??? Its been saying

I think this could possibly be a problem with your My EE account, @JohnCrompton22

I'd suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can look into it for you.
