EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I cannot sign in on the website as it keeps asking for me to register
another device which I don't have and will not let me go any further.

Have you already added your phone/device to your My EE account?

Yes. The site says already registered then asks for another device. Very
poor performance from a mobile communication company. Thanks for your
advice though.
