Urgent Assistance for phone use in Turkey

Why can’t I use phone phone in turkey? I need urgent assistance as can only use when able to get free WiFi and that is only for internet. Cannot get into app to try and call through that as it’s being updated.

@Ant58  Are you on contract or PAYG ? 

     A call even via the my EE app is still a call and unless you can make a call via your phone dial keypad then a call via the my EE app will not work as it’s still a call.    But  the my EE app is having big issues at present.
