Hi I've been trying to upgrade and every time it says your having technical issues.

Welcome to the EE community, and it's fantastic to hear that you're looking to upgrade your phone / plan soon, too. 

Have you had a chance to try this through a different device or browser, as well as clearing your cookies and cache?

Also can you see the rest of your account details such as you bill when you try to log in?
