Trying to upgrade to a SIM only contract but have been told that it can only be done online as we have a Friends&Famiy code. Trying this online but the upgrade option is not working? I have tried a number of times but the SIM upgrade option does not work. What are my options as I have been told that you caanot do this sim upgrade via a telephone helpline or in the ee retail outlet. It must be done online??

Discount codes may be applied by calling CS within 30 days of purchase if it wasn't at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading. They cannot be applied mid-term.
