Upgrade anytime doesn't work

I try to check and maybe update my phone on the app. I have an upgrade anytime plan so wanted to look if anything looks better but no matter what phone I choose for update I get a message saying there are no available offeres for that phone. Anyone else had this issue and if yes, how was sorted if it was? As I don't understand how I can upgrade anytime if there is no upgrade available for me? I don't want to go to store or call as I like to compare phone and plans on my own terms. Thank you

When did you last upgrade? Are you upgrading to a more expensive tariff?
