Updating my new address

I am trying to update my new address, I have logged onto the website rather than the app and went to check address and and the put in my new address but when it comes to confirming the address it is greyed out, I’ve refreshed the page and re-entered the details but the confirm button is still greyed out. What else can I do?

@Katcan84  Just to check does your account show you as a user of that account or does it show you as the account holder ?  

You need to make sure you have selected that you are the account holder not a user of the account, only the account holder can change the address.   You might be the only person to have access to the account but you could still be a user not an account holder.

Oh ok. How do I know if I’m an account holder or not?

@Katcan84  It should say next to your name when you login via the web not the my EE app.
