The consensus appears to be that EE cannot be contacted via email. So, let's assume that's the case.
Now, here's my dilemma...
I engaged in a "chat" session via the EE App. In summary, they messed up and agreed to raise a complaint on my behalf. They gave me the complaint reference number.
The problem is that I cannot see what's been written in that complaint. All I know is that whatever's in there will have been written by someone who does not have English as their first language and, furthermore, may contain factual inaccuracies. I have no way of knowing.
What I would like to be able to do is either send them an email giving my side of the story or be given access to the complaint so that I can add additional information/clarity as required.
It seems to me that their complaints process is heavily biased towards EE without due regard for their customers.

@SIGHUP What has “not having English as the first language” got to do with ? Thats borderline discrimination.
Customer service for EE is UK based so bring able to pass a job interview with EE is going to be done in English.

No discrimination intended. If I could share the transcript of my "chat," you would clearly see that the EE support person's use of English is very poor. This concerns me as they will write the complaint details entirely from their perspective, and I will have no opportunity to clarify/correct them.
