Hello, 

Its been days updating the app .

I'm on holiday and  would like to share data  to my family before they kill me for not having WiFi.

Hi James, 

All sorted now it was my fault I thought the update would be automatic but I had to do it myself.

Well I have 2 different I pads but I registered with the android and I want to register on iPhone for mobile updates how do I go about it

Have you downloaded the My EE app from the app store? 

You can sign in using the same log in details and the app will update when updates are available 🙂

Unfortunately my iPhone is probably updated but my iPad is not but still no EE sign on ,I’ll send pics of router see if it’s similar to yours.image.jpgimage.jpg

I’ve an older iPad which doesn’t work as fast as my iPhone and still noEE sign ,thank you
