It will not let me link my new number as a device on the my ee app, so i can’t see how much data/credit i have? At first it was saying there was an error now it just won’t send a code to my number to even try?

Hi @tnishax18

Welcome to the community.

If you call 150, it should let you know your credit/allowances. If they're zero, you can top up there and it will activate. You'll then be able to link your account.

Let me know how you get on.
