Can you explain what is the problem with your account, without giving any personal details.
This is not customer service here and there is no account access, this is a public forum.
You can ring customer service by using something like Skype, you will find their free number by clicking on the contact us.
Just wondering, do you mean you cannot use your phone because you have entered your pin too many times? If that is the case, you can find the PUK code to unlock your SIM card by logging into your account via the web.
