I have had EE mobile for some years and there was never a problem logging in. Since migrating from BT Broadband to EE broadband the app no longer works; I get a message 'Sorry there seems to be a problem'. I have uninstalled the app and reloaded it with the same result. When trying to log into my on the internet, I get the message 'We can't load this right now'. However, on the internet there is a profile button and surprisingly this does take me into my account. I have checked the 'link products' link on the profile page and this confirms that both my mobile and braadband are already linked, so this not the problem. Can any help please?

It's difficult for us to tell here in the community, as we don't have account access. I definitely recommend having a chat with our technical support team so they can check everything from our end for you.
