What is happening when you try to login to your account through the EE app or website? Do you see any kind of error message? Have you tried to see if the same thing happens on another device or browser?

@squeekyneeds  If you can login via the website also you’ll need to ask customer services to reset your account.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
