For days now I have received the message below when trying to look at upgrade options on the app. I have also tried logging in via a browser and the page just remains blank.
I did chat with someone at EE who claimed to have done something and asked I delete and reinstall the app. He also assured me I’d be able to return to the chat. I did this, it didn’t work and now the chat option in the help section has vanished!
