Unable to connect to EE server in app

For days now I have received the message below when trying to look at upgrade options on the app. I have also tried logging in via a browser and the page just remains blank.

I did chat with someone at EE who claimed to have done something and asked I delete and reinstall the app. He also assured me I’d be able to return to the chat.  I did this, it didn’t work and now the chat option in the help section has vanished!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems upgrading online. I recommend giving our team a call on 150 so that they can look into why this is happening and run through your upgrade options with you. Alternatively, if you prefer, you could pop into your nearest EE Store for help.
