You advertise as the best in the UK, however, the app is always down, it's almost impossible to speak to someone, I receive txt messages every other day to say there is work in my area so there may be disruption to service (which there always is), I've notices recently my signal is terrible.
When will all those issues be rectified?

Once the work in the area has been completed you will have another update from the network team. Can you access the EE app today?
