Please tell me how to turn off my safe search before I leave an go to another network

Are you on contract or PAYG?
- On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
- On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Basically you can't not on this network, I was previously with Orange long ago and they rebranded to EE not even sure how to pronounce that, but I used to have problems with this content lock all the time so left them, I've been with another provider no problem but their data allowance is very stingy so I've returned to EE but soon as I'm on it I have the same problem again so I've tried 150 I've tried talking with the store staff but their hands are tied they can't remove it they're not permitted, I've tried the app but that's useless, and I've spoken to customer service number that the store staff gave me twice but still nothing, I've switched my phone off and on still nothing it's been a pain in my **bleep**, my suggestion switch to another network provider.

You can't,
I've recently re joined EE as years ago I was with Orange then they rebranded to EE not even sure how to pronounce that but I now I've come back as my previous network provider's data allowance is a tad stingy, but I just remembered as to why I left I've got a content lock on my browsing, I've tried 150, I've tried the app but that's useless I've popped in to the store but the nice staff's hands are tied they can't remove it they're not permitted, I've tried the number that the store staff gave me twice, I've spoken to two different customers service people in billing department but it's still locked,
Maybe it's time for me to ditch this network as it's a lemon, I need this removed but it's just not going to happen.

I tried the EE store with my passport but they can't remove it they're not permitted the staff informed me that they don't have access or they're not allowed access to anyone's account, basically once it's on you can't remove it and I've tried everything

Welcome to the community.
You can turn off parental controls on pay as you go by either giving us a call on 150 or visiting your local EE Store with photo ID.
