Trying to upgrade

On the app when I click on shop and then phones, it redirects me to the website, then when I click log in it says we could not log you in? 

This did not happen as of 4 days ago when I last browsed.

I am trying to upgrade and I want to do it soon, please help.

@GEORGETHOMASON  Try clearing the browser history and cookies.
