Trying to check on my upgrade options and any additional tech to add to my contract and the website and app just keeps reloading a page stating “Something new is coming” and asking me to sign in again to EE? Ive tried multiple browsers and different ways of signing in but the store just won’t load.

If you are trying at 12.21am the site is likely down for maintenance.
Try again after 9am.

Why is the site so often down after normal hours? I was trying to upgrade at 2230, and then it stopped working. I've seen this so many times before ... how long does a deployment take?
