Removing a device from my account

Hi

when I log into my ee account I can see my ex husbands phone. I have already contacted customer services to have this removed as I don’t have access to take it off. 

How can this be removed?

What were you advised when you contacted Customer Care?

Hi, I was advised it was fixed and the next time I logged in I wouldn’t be able to see his name appear. 
I can’t see his account details and the account and phone is in his name only, but it comes up as a default on my list of accounts to pick. 
there is no option to remove it otherwise I would have.

When was this removed from your billing account?

I have never had this phone on my billing account. It has always been in his name and his own account. 
The drop down shows his name and iPhone type and renewal date and today when I click on it I can see his full plan details. 
I really shouldn’t have access to this at all.
