I used to be able to transfer data between my 2 devices but now am unable to as the App is not working and hasn't been for months. How can I do this?

@rachaelreeveedw , the app works, but if you are trying to use the app at night, it may not always be possible due to maintenance.
Have you tried deleting it, rebooting and then downloading the app again to see if that works? Have you made sure that you have the latest app?
If none of the above work, I would advise asking customer service to reset your account to see if that makes a difference.
You could always log into your account via the website and do it that way.
