Hi, on the My EE app when I'm ticking the 'trade in old phone' box and filling all the details, it only applies the discount to IPhone 16 Ultramarine 128gb. Even when I click the phone I want which is iPhone 16 Black 256gb, once I apply the trade in of my iPhone 13 it always changes back to the Ultramarine 128gb. Can you only get a certain phone if you apply the trade in discount? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the community.

I'm certainly not seeing any restrictions on what phone you'd be able to get with a trade-in, but at the same time I'm not seeing a trade-in option on the website.

Have you tried to login to your account through the website to see if you get different options?
