I have 2 mobile phone products. On the app I select the 2nd product and select top-up. However the top-up screen defaults to the first product. So no way to top-up the 2nd product. This has worked fine for years. I am thinking this is a bug? Any ideas?

When my iPhone is in Portrait mode the menu icon does not show. I turn the phone to landscape mode the menu item appears. I have now topped up in landscape mode. Success

This doesn’t seem to work on the iPhone app. I select the appropriate device and select top up next to it. It then goes to a website but another device phone number is displayed.
it always worked fine until the last update.

No. It seems to work with the web based view. It’s the app when it ‘hands over’ to the web based section.

Well, @Poleaxe , I did say use the online MyEE, not the app.
