All the time I have been with EE I still can't access my bill. Every time it's there's a problem try later. The only advise I've had is restart phone or install updated app. All of which I have done and it doesn't work.
Reading some comments I can see I'm not the only one so EE GET IT SORTED ASAP as I'm extremely **bleep**ed off and on the verge of Changing provider🤬🤬

In this case, please call us on 150 and our technical support guides can run some troubleshooting and open a support ticket for the EE app to be looked into for you if needed.

Can you not set up an investigation into the app from your end as I'm obviously not the only one having this problem.
