Hi my current contract expring soon.i need to speak with someone.ee call me but call decline automaticly. Cant received the call.what should i do now

Welcome to the EE Community
Have you checked you don't have any call blocking/screening, do not disturb or numbers blocked in your settings that could be declining the call on your phone?
You should be able to get through to us without it being via call back. If it is the visual menu setting up a call back, when you call 150 select option 2 instead of option 1 to use the audio menu instead and you can get through to our upgrades team that way.
