Is this spam ?

EE would never ask you for personal questions or banking details. You could always speak to the sender.

This is probably a valid text from EE when you are being sent an MMS & your phone is not set up for them. For most phones, you can download the MMS settings needed from the online set up tool , so you can receive MMS directly w/out being directed to EE's d/load site.
