2 times in the last week the app has “undergone maintenance” I’ve been trying to pay my bill for a week and a half. And now I’ve been cut off!!

@Haydenjames28 If EE are doing account maintenance it’ll effect the app as the app is just a link to your account. But to my knowledge there was no account maintenance last night. Can you access your account via the app or online now ? If not you need to call customer support to request an account reset but first you need to pay the bill and you can use THIS it’ll take up to 24 hours before you get a working connection again.
