Good morning.
I ordered a new contract phone yesterday from EE I am a new customer coming from o2. I paid £30 upfront for the phone and got all my contract details but hours after got a sms saying there was a problem with my order, I have tried calling but due to my shocking o2 service the lady on the other side could not hear me so not sure how I can resolve without speaking with someone.

As you have received a sms asking you to get in touch with the relevant team, you will need to give them a call to proceed with your order.
You could try calling them from an alternative line on 07953966150.
